This was a local cooking school on the outer rings of the city. The master chef could throw down with a wok better than anyone I have ever scene (complete with cigarette hanging from his mouth) I spent 3 months of Saturday’s working through 40 different Hunanese dishes (a cuisine that is spicier than any I’ve ever had before)
